Julette
Julette has a strong background developing and specialising in healthcare, business development and contract negotiation. Bringing over 15 years of combined business development and social care experience to the team, Julette has worked both frontline and management, specialising in disability care both locally and internationally. Julette has first-hand experience of working within the social care sector and understands the day to day needs and pressures of a busy healthcare environment. Prior to launching AHC, Julette moved to director of recruitment, training and employability services for the Skills Team Group. In addition to running Allied Health Careers, Julette handles talent acquisition projects across all health care industries and functional areas and is involved in developing recruitment strategies for our clients.

Orla
Orla is a recruitment specialist with over 15 years combined experience working in recruitment, client management and talent acquisition. In addition to her subject matter expertise in the areas of recruitment and talent management, Orla is also a qualified Psychotherapist and has many years of hands on experience working within the healthcare sector. Orla is adept at providing a wide range of HR support, including compliance, training, staffing, and recruiting. Orla provides full-lifecycle recruiting for the health care professional and social care environment. She works closely with client hiring managers to assist in developing recruiting and staffing strategies, streamlining recruiting processes, and improving client hiring efficiencies.
