• Work as a member of an interdisciplinary team
• To identify individual and educational needs of the child on their caseload and arrange and carry out assessment and treatment.
• As a Speech and Language Therapist that can work confidently and independently, while also knowing when to seek advice off management. Willing to share any challenging cases and problem solve together. As a Staff Grade Therapist, the company will provide supervision from one of their senior speech therapists.
• Monitor, Audit and evaluate speech, language and communication and FEDS plans and interventions.
• Ability to work in a high pressure fast paced environment

Qualifications

• BSc/MSc in Speech and Language Therapy or its equivalent.
• Experience working with children with intellectual disabilities
• Competencies in the assessment of children with disabilities using appropriate assessment tools.
• Excellent Communication skills and organisation.
• Permission to work in Ireland.
