Fundraising & Digital Marketing Lead

As a Fundraising and Digital Marketing Lead you will play an important role delivering the organization’ Digital Fundraising and Communications objectives.

Full-Time Permanent

Location: Naas, Co Kildare (Hybrid role)

Salary: €44,128 – €52,926

The role

  • Developing and delivery of digital marketing, communications and donation campaigns.
  • Leading the continued use of digital communications to engage supporters and audiences.
  • Managing the ongoing development of excellent supporter care approaches and processes.
  • Financial Reporting and Administration.
  • Developing and delivering campaigns and activities focused on growing organization’s monthly giving donor base.
  • Managing the ongoing development of excellent supporter care approaches and processes.

The person

  • Degree in Business/Marketing with significant Digital Marketing course content required.
  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience working in a Digital marketing/communications/fundraising role
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs and how they are related to digital marketing objectives.
  • Ability to understand and interpret data to draw out valuable, actionable insights.
  • Excellent knowledge of Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Well-versed in digital marketing tools and practices and confident in managing audience variety of audience engagement.
  • Ability to simplify BITCI offering online and build brand awareness.
  • Must be results focused with strong experience of meeting deadlines.
  • Strong project management skills – ability to manage numerous projects and organise resources effectively.
